根據(jù)想要制作的飛機類型、大小、材質(zhì)等進行初步構(gòu)思，構(gòu)思設(shè)計需要考慮多方面的因素，包括翼型、機翼的面積、機翼安裝角、重心位置、機身長度、方向舵的面積、升降舵面積、起落架、發(fā)動機等方面。構(gòu)思好后，制作小型實物模型或者三維電腦圖，三維電腦圖可以確定每個部件的形狀和位置。

2、圖紙部分加工

設(shè)計好航模各部分圖紙后，就可以開始按照圖紙加工零件了，有激光切割機的可以自行加工，沒有的也可以找別人加工。

根據(jù)加工好的結(jié)構(gòu)部件進行組裝，此過程比較看經(jīng)驗，組裝時一定要小心，組裝加工好后進行蒙皮操作，蒙皮為熱縮蒙皮，遇熱會收縮，且內(nèi)面有膠水，可自行粘接在模型材料表面。

The skinning is a heat shrinkable skin that shrinks when exposed to heat and has adhesive on the inner surface, which can be self bonded to the surface of the model material.

4、調(diào)試飛行

組裝好后還需要調(diào)試，調(diào)試內(nèi)容包括舵面角度、靈活度、俯仰特性、動力曲線、響應(yīng)曲線等，調(diào)試完成一切正常后就可以正式“服役”了。

1、初學(xué)者制作航模建議不要一上來就直接純手工打造，可以考慮買速成套裝，入模時間很快，需要自己學(xué)習(xí)，自己交流、找資料，等到有足夠經(jīng)驗后再自己手工打造比較好。
